The opening went very well. People were asking more questions than usual and they were very intrigued by all our artworks. The dry ice was delivered at 4.30 instead of 5pm. The delivery man put it into another foam box to conserve it until 8pm when I started to fill up Zenite with dry ice! It was quite a long process while the audience was looking at me performing. Sometimes I had to position the dry ice with my hands and it was like burning my skin. I asked Luka Moncaleano and Murrillo Meirelles to take photos of my ephemeral installation and I am pretty confident I will have some nice shots for my website!!!
Frederico Pellachin played music with his cd collection including the famous Brazilian artist Gal Costa while Consuelo Bassanesi who has organised all the event was enjoy the night with all of us. Also Fernanda Lopes and Felippe Moraes were there to support our art!
A lot of people liked my Mandala videos and I am very pleased with the outcome.
The audience was so involved in animated discussions that they stayed until 11pm!
the green dress a theme and the response of all is so wonderful that your choice to do this residency is being fulfilled is a joy to see
